Locally Farmed Lamb
LAMB REARED IN THE HEART OF WEST SUSSEX
We are a family farm at Horsted Keynes, on the border of West and East Sussex and have been farming sheep for over 90 years.
We currently run a flock of North country mules, which we cross with Suffolk rams, over 200 acres of permanent pasture.
We understand how important it is to sell locally, providing quality meat with a guaranteed provenance. All our lamb is hung for a minimum of six days, making it extremely tender and enhancing the sweet flavour.
We supply meat to a range of outlets, including Michelin starred restaurants, local pubs and private customers.
We sell half lambs or a whole lamb boxed and butchered to your own requirements. For more information see the cutting list on the online ordering page.
